Mr. Flax-Davidson has over forty years of experience in arranging over $4 billion in international and domestic financial transactions, currently serving as the founder and President of the International Investment Group, Inc.

 

Mr. Flax-Davidson previously served as the Chairman and CEO of PNE USA, Inc., managing the acquisition, development, financing and sale of over 500MW of wind and solar projects in the United States and Canada, representing an investment of over $750 million.

 

Prior to this position, Mr. Flax-Davidson served as the Vice President of Project Development and Project Finance for Nordex USA, Inc. where he led the acquisition, development, financing, and sale of nearly 1,000MW of wind projects in the Americas.

 

Prior to this position, Mr. Flax-Davidson served as Vice President of Business Development for CH Energy Group, Inc., where he led the acquisition, development, financing, and sale of multiple renewable energy projects, including the management of a renewable energy investment portfolio of nearly $100 million.

 

In his career, Mr. Flax-Davidson has also served as the Executive Director of Financing and Transactions at Pace Global Energy Services, Chief Financial Officer for two U.S. based corporations with operations overseas (EnergyWorks and OptiGlobe), Managing Director of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, Senior Vice President of Drexel Burnham Lambert and Vice President of the Chase Manhattan Bank. 

 

Mr. Flax-Davidson has lived and worked extensively overseas, with a particular emphasis on Latin America, Spain and Russia.
